Are You a Jetsonian or Decepticonian?
4-5 points: Jetsonian - You have an optimistic view of AI, similar to the positive and helpful portrayal of technology in "The Jetsons." You see AI as a beneficial force that will make life easier and more comfortable.

ChatGPT Graphs and Slides: Ahead for Real Estate Market
Need to give a presentation at an upcoming event, or summarize what's going on in the market? Combine tools like Perplexity.ai (MS CoPilot can also do this to a lesser degree) and ChatGPT to create a PowerPoint slide deck with graphs and charts.
This presentation involved TWO AIs and then post processing in Canva (but you could have relied on Google Slides, MS PowerPoint).
Gather data in Perplexity.ai with this prompt: "Take on the role of a Texas Land Title expert and realtor expert. What insights do you have on when we might see interest rates go down, what the solution is for the lack of inventory and when we can expect to see buyers and sellers return to the market, among other things, all with an emphasis on our unique Texas market?"
Put result from Perplexity.ai into ChatGPT Plus (paid) with this prompt: "Make a slide deck in PowerPoint: As a Texas Land Title expert and realtor, I can provide a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the Texas real estate market, focusing on interest rates, inventory issues, and market dynamics for buyers and sellers."
Put PowerPoint presentation into Canva to clean it up.
Prompt Engineering
There are a lot of different ways to structure prompts. The best one is the one that gets you the results you want. Here are some personal and professional prompt examples to explore (find more here). Below, find TWO different prompt engineering examples, CAPE and RETO.
Prompt Engineering with CAPE
Some people get worried they aren't going to write a prompt that gets them what they want. Use the CAPE acronym to help you out.
A simple, easy to use acronym to put together interactive prompts you can use right away:
C - Clear: Ensure your prompts are clear, specific, and easily understandable by the AI model.
A - Adaptive: Be willing to adapt and refine your prompts based on the AI's responses and the desired outcome.
P - Precise: Use precise language and provide relevant context to guide the AI towards the intended output.
E - Evaluate: Continuously evaluate the AI's responses and iterate on your prompts to improve the results.
Prompt Engineering with RETO
Another simple, easy to use acronym to put together interactive prompts you can use right away:
RETO (Role, Expectation, Task, Output):
Role: Define the AI's role or persona in the context of the prompt.
Expectation: Clarify what is expected from the AI in terms of behavior, tone, or style.
Task: Specify the task or objective the AI should accomplish.
Output: Describe the desired format, structure, or characteristics of the AI's output.

Protect People's Data
Data Minimization. Only collect and use data that you need to analyze. Limit disclosure of personally identifiable information (PII). Only use enough information to get the job done in alignment with policy and law.
Apply De-Identification Techniques. De-identify PII wherever you can. Make sure individuals are not identifiable. Remove direct identifiers and aggregate data without compromising your efforts for analysis. Err on the side of data privacy.
Ensure Policy Compliance. Work with your organization to put data governance policies in place. Align these policies with policies specific to your industry or field. If working with a specific AI solution provider, require written agreements for safeguarding data.
