The Three Little Pigs

The Story

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs who decided it was time to build their own houses. The first little pig built his house out of straw because it was easy and quick. The second little pig built his house out of sticks, which took a bit more time but was still pretty fast. The third little pig, being the smartest, decided to build his house out of bricks, even though it took a lot more work.

One day, a big, bad wolf came along and saw the three houses. He was feeling hungry and thought the little pigs would make a tasty meal. He went to the first house made of straw and knocked on the door. When the little pig wouldn't let him in, the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the house down. The first little pig ran to his brother's house made of sticks.

The wolf followed and knocked on the door of the stick house. Again, the pigs wouldn't let him in, so he huffed and puffed and blew the house down. Now, both pigs ran to their brother's house made of bricks.

The wolf, still determined, went to the brick house and knocked on the door. The pigs refused to let him in, so the wolf huffed and puffed, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't blow the house down. He even tried to climb down the chimney, but the smart third pig put a pot of boiling water at the bottom, and the wolf fell right into it! The wolf ran away, never to be seen again.

The three little pigs learned that hard work and smart choices pay off in the end. They lived happily together in the sturdy brick house, safe from the big, bad wolf. And that's the story of the three little pigs, where wisdom and determination win the day!
